WHAT’S HAPPENING ON WATSON’S ROAD

I’m receiving a lot of inquiries about the development being undertaken on the southern sideĀ of Watson’s Road so I thought that I’d provide some basic information on it together with the approved plans for Bargara Beach Estate which forms a part of that overall precinct.

Last year the Council approved the development of 70 Watson’s Road for 73 residential allotments which will be staged as shown below. I’ve also included a map of the area which includes the contours of the land showing low levels near Watson’s Road itself where the developer has introduced some fill.

Contrary to some beliefs (fears?) there are no plans for and commercial uses as part of the approvals.

Should anyone have any further inquiries please feel free to give me a call.
