EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don’t normally post endorsements of individual businesses on my website and would never identify a business in a negative online comment.  However, customer service is an issue that I’m passionate about and every now and then I feel compelled to share an occurrence where I receive excellent service.

I recently received an online quote for an electrical component from a local business which was $158.29. Yesterday I went to Sheriff Electrical in Toonburra Street and was given a quote of $69.47 for the same item. The difference in price (about 130%) was astounding but the service didn’t stop there….

I later received an email from the salesman who had taken the time (without me asking for it) to research my needs and providing various options for similar products together with images and comparative quotations.

I returned today to review some colour options and was initially served by another staff member with an equally helpful attitude and who was joined by the guy who served me yesterday who follow up on his emailed information.

So not only did I get a very competetive price but I also received personalised service from two staff members who made the effort to ensure that I got the best product to suit my needs.

Guess where I’m buying the product and where my first point of call will be when I next need electrical advice & service.?
