Thanks to our fantastic sponsors, the Bargara Commemorations Committee has been able to improve the equipment and services associated with the annual Dawn Service.
As anyone would imagine, organising and hosting an event of this magnitude followed by servings of over 800 complimentary cooked breakfasts comes at a significant cost and without business and community support it simply wouldn’t be possible.
Whilst we always acknowledge all of our sponsors and supporters after the event, I’d like to make mention of our Platinum and Gold Supporters in the lead-up to it.
PALM LAKES RESORT has renewed its commitment as a $5,000/year Platinum Sponsor for the next 3 years
HARVEY NORMAN (BUNDABERG) has offered a $5,000 Platinum Sponsorship for 2015
THE FRIENDY SOCIETY PRIVATE HOSPITAL has renewed its $2,000/year Gold Sponsorship for the next 3 years
THE BARGARA BEACH HOTEL (which has supported the event since its conception in 1997) continues as a Gold Sponsor by hosting the Gunfire Breakfast at no cost to the committee or the community
BUNDABERG DISTILLING COMPANY (which has supported this event since its conception in 1997) has again come on-board as a Gold Sponsor with a donation of Bundaberg Rum for the Gunfire Breakfast
ASHFIELD COUNTRY PRACTICE (Prof Brad & Jackie Murphy) has offered a $2,000 Gold Sponsorship for the 2015 event
BUNDABERG REGIONAL COUNCIL has approved a Community Events Grant of $2102 making it a Gold Sponsor for the 2015 event
SANDHILLS SPORTS CLUB (Bargara Bowls Club) has offered a $1,000 Silver Sponsorship for the 2015 event.

There are many, many others who have also contributed to this event and they will also be acknowledged in full page advertisements in the News-Mail and the Bargara Buzz following the event.
In the meantime, we hope that the community will recognise and appreciated the support of everyone contributing towards this event and give them their support where possible.
