CONGRATULATIONS ROCK LATINO CAFE – 5 STAR EAT SAFE RATING

Congratulations to Rock Latino Café in Bauer Street, Bargara for being awarded a 5 Star Rating at the launch of this morning’s Eat Safe Program conducted by Council.

The ratings reflect a food outlet’s compliance with the provisions of the Food Act 2006 and good management practices. All food businesses receive an Eat Safe food safety star rating of either no star, one, two, three, four or five stars at the end of a food safety audit conducted by an authorised Bundaberg Regional Council Officer. For detailed information on how the Eat Safe Program works and what it means to potential diners and business owners, please click here.

Congratulations to Rock Latino’s Audrey Isaac, Rick Johnstone & Chef, Adam Healey!

Rock Latino was one of only 50+ food outlets from across the region to be awarded the 5 Star Rating and have clearly demonstrated best practice when it comes to food preparation, storage and general hygiene in the kitchen. Well done to Audrey & her team!
