Regional economist, Neil McPhillips of Starfire Solutions has sent through a twelve months comparison of Median House Prices for Bundaberg and the Fraser Coast as released by the Real Estate Institution of Queensland.

The shifts in prices range from -9.90% at Granville to 11.40% at North Burnett (LGA) which is followed in second place by Bargara at 9.40%.
