BRUCE HIGHWAY ROADWORKS OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD

The Department of Transport & Main Roads has issued the following courtesy advice for road works on the Bruce Highway in the lead-up to and over the Christmas Period……

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is continuing to complete works to upgrade the Bruce Highway.

The Wide Bay/Burnett district has prepared the attached information flyer illustrating roadwork locations and estimated travel delays during December 2016.

Please note all sites will temporarily shut down from Friday 23 December 2016 for the Christmas and New Year break.

We encourage you to pass this flyer on to other motorists and companies who may be interested or affected by the roadworks.

To receive ongoing updates, motorists are welcome to contact TMR on 1300 728 390 during business hours, or email bundaberg.office@tmr.qld.gov.au.

We thank all motorists for their patience and cooperation while these important safety works are completed.
