APPLICATION LODGED FOR 25M VODAPHONE MONOPOLE ON GOLF COURSE NEAR HOWARD STREET

An application to erect a 25m Telecommunications Monopole and ancillary equiplment on the Bargara Gold Course has been lodged by  Service Stream Mobile Communications on behalf of Vodaphone.

Located at the western end of the Bargara Golf Course, the site is generally located within 75m to 200m of properties on Howard Street, 150m from properties on Fairway Drive and about 225m from properties on Davidson Street.

The following site map and three montages depict the proposed location of the monopole and extent of visual impact from the three identified viewpoints.

The applicant has advised that the Public Notification Period has commenced and that any submission opposing or supporting the proposal can be made in the following manner.

Making a Submission

Public Notification in accordance with s297 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 has now commenced for the proposed facility at Bargara.

Should you wish to provide comments to Council in relation to this proposal, your comments are required to be received by 6 September 2016.
